The Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Conservation is a multidisciplinary degree that encompasses social, economic, cultural, and aesthetic issues that impact the future of forests on our planet.  Students learn about a wide range of interconnecting subjects that range from biodiversity and sustainability to policy, conservation, and land use planning.  They graduate with skills that allow them to play an active role in protecting and managing our natural environments.

Graduate Education

The advanced training of tomorrow’s scientists and leaders – is a critical part of our mandate in the Faculty of Forestry, and one in which we are particularly successful.

In addition to developing top-notch disciplinary expertise, our graduate students are exposed to issues and ideas across the spectrum of forestry, and so leave with the specialized training and broad understanding needed to develop creative solutions to the complex problems they will face in their careers.
